THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mburu Mwangi (ID/0851347), of P.O. Box 1740, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of of all that piece of land known as Escarpment/Kinale Block 1/3092, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas vide court order on 17th October, 2008 in the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kiambu land case No. 1 of 2002, the property was vested in Francis Njoroge Kagunda, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period, under the provisions of section 33 (5).
