REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Muriithi Kangangi (ID/11818762), of P.O. Box 2, Wanguru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.42 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under the title No. Kirinyaga/Gathigiriri/994, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
