NOTICE is given that the Regiment Company Limited (in- liquidation), Company No. C. 138397 in accordance with the Insolvency Act, 2015, passed a special resolution on 25th March, 2022 to liquidate the company. All creditors of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with the undermentioned Liquidator on or before 15th April, 2022 and if so required by the liquidator shall be required to prove the debt due to them by the company, failure to which the claim shall be excluded from any distribution by the company.
