NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KBS 989Q, Toyota Lexus, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is at Hariki Holdings Limited yard, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
