NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 492, in Volume D1, Folio 118/969, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Leah Rose Wamuyu Wachira, of P.O. Box 12377–10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leah Rose Wamuyu Muriuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Leah Rose Wamuyu Muriuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leah Rose Wamuyu Wachira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Leah Rose Wamuyu Wachira only.
