NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2849, in Volume DI, Folio 79/584, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Wangechi Muchiri, formerly known as Immaculate Wangeshi Muchiri alias Immaculate Wangeci, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Immaculate Wangeshi Muchiri alias Immaculate Wangeci, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wangechi Muchiri for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wangechi Muchiri only.
