NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1723, in Volume DI, Folio 137/1192, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Kivai Ernest Ogesi Kagesi, formerly known as Ernest Ogesi Kivai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ernest Ogesi Kivai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kivai Ernest Ogesi Kagesi for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kivai Ernest Ogesi Kagesi only.
