IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration appoints— Under sub-section (a)— Jane Mwikali Makau (Dr.) — Chairperson Under sub-section (e)— Janet Mwawasi Oben, Edwin Irungu Gikunju, Innocent Muganda, Ernest Kamau, Anne Too, as members of the Betting Control and Licensing Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th December, 2022.
