IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (d) of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives re-appoints— SILAS M. KILINGO to be a member of the Board of Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th May, 2022. Dated the 13th May, 2022. PETER G.
