THE KENYA ROADS ACT
(No. 2 of 2007)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (2) of the
Kenya Roads Act, 2007, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport,
Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works re-
appoints—
BASIL NTWIGA NYAGAH
to be a member of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority Board, for a
period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd July, 2022.
