THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rispa Owiti Oyugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Municipality Block 34/12, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi vide succession Cause No. 1147 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Diana Rose Otieno, and whereas the said Diana Rose Otieno has excecuted an application to be registered by transmission LRA. 39, and whereas sufficient has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Rispa Owiti Oyugi (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
