APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the Article 176 of the Constitution of Kenya that establishes a County Assembly for every County Government, as read 3:25 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th December, 2022 9220 9220 together with section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, and sections 8 and 9 of the County Assembly Services Act, respectively, and the first Schedule thereto, the County Assembly of Samburu approved and appointed the following members of the public to be members of the Samburu County Assembly Service Board— Joyce Lepadaasa (Ms.), Elijah Lolpirdai, with effect from the 14th December, 2022.
