APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 27 (2) (a) of the
Garissa County Water Management Act, 2018, I, Nathif J. Aden,
Governor, Garissa County, appoint—
MOHAMED DAHIR WEYRAH
to be the Chairperson of the Board of Garissa Water and Sewerage
Company, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd
December, 2022.
