REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mervyn Agnel Anthony Manuel De Souza and (2) Roseleen M. De Souza, both of P.O. Box 99058, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of the Flat No. 603, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under plot Nos. Mombasa/Block XXI/396 and 397, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
