REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Bosco Mboga, of P.O Box 4376, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0154 hectare or thereabouts, registered in the Nairobi District Land Registry as title No. Nairobi/Block 32/423, situate in Nairobi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost and/or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
