REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Juhudi Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 764, Sarit Centre in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Mombasa/block XXI/396 and 397 (Flat No. 208), situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease as provided under the provisions of section 33 (3) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
