WHEREAS Jennifer Nyambura Kariithi (ID/11318228), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Kiambu District, registered under certificate of lease No. Thika Municipality Block 10/487, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
