REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Muasa Musyoka (ID/12879068), is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.012 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/MN/Block II/179, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa Diatrict, and whereas a court order in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa in ELC No. 10 of 2020, has ordered the said land title deed be cancelled/expunged from the registry and reinstate Cheruiyot Birgen Ronoh as the registered owner, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and reinstate the records of the said parcel in the name of Cheruiyot Birgen Ronoh as ordered by the Court and as such issuance of the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Muasa Musyoka shall be deemed as revoked/cancelled and of no effect.
