APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 27 (2) (e) of the
Garissa County Water Management Act, 2018, the County Executive
Committee Member for Water, Environment and Natural Resources
appoint—

Osman Mohamed Barkatle,
Halima Abukar Farah,
Jane Akoth Okalo,
to be members of the Board of Garissa Water and Sewerage Company,
for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd, December,
2022.
