NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th September, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1715, in Volume DI, Folio 444/4465, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Jace Mbaru Gichuhi, of P.O. Box 886– 00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Allan Mburu Gichuhi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name as Allan Mburu Gichuhi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jace Mbaru Gichuhi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jace Mbaru Gichuhi only.
