NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 905, in Volume DI, Folio 441/4428, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Leon Mshindi Simba, of P.O. Box 16–90134, Salama in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leon Ogeto, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name as Leon Ogeto and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leon Mshindi Simba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Leon Mshindi Simba only.
