IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) to the Constitution of Kenya, section 55B (1) (b) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulation 64A (1) (b) of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission suspends the elections stated in the sixth column of the Schedule for the elective positions scheduled to be held on 9th August, 2022, General Election and shall communicate vide a Gazette Notice when the said elections will be conducted.
