REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Twahir Sheikh Said, of P.O. Box 43347–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of that piece of land known as Mombasa/Shanzu Settlement Scheme/23, containing 0.0332 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
