REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kamau Gachina, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. MN/I/8097, CR. 32656, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, whereas as a court order Civil Suit No. 178 of 2011 dated 6th June, 2022, ordering that Safia Salim Karama be registered as the owner and be issued with a certificate of title on the said plot, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and issue a provisional certificate of title in the name of Safia Salim Karama as ordered by court and such issuance of title issued earlier to John Kamau Gachina, shall be deemed revoked or cancelled and of no effect.
