REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Amran Akram Amran, (2) Hindu Akram Amran and (3) Mariam Akram Amrani, as the administrators of the estate of Akram Amrani Mohamed, all of P.O. Box 44420–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple ownership interest of that piece of land known as plot No. 2789/III/MN, containing 0.0513 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 26065/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
