THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dorisila Fanuel Kengo, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.69 hectare or thereabouts, known as East Bunyore/Emakunda/49, situate in the district of Luanda, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Vihiga in succession cause No. 117 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Julius Hollingsworth Koli, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in favour of Julius Hollingsworth Koli and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dorisila Fanuel Kengo shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
