THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Chacha Nyakega (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.4 hectares or thereabout, known as Bukira/Bwisaboka/117, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kehancha in succession Cause No. 85 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to (1) Chacha Peter Mwita and (2) Nyakega Wilson Chacha, and whereas the land title deed issued to Francis Chacha Nyakwega (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in the names of (1) Chacha Peter Mwita and (2) Nyakega Wilson Chacha, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Chacha Nyakenga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
