NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd May, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 35 in Volume DI, Folio 231/2268, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Joseph Chege Gitau, of P.O. Box 1050–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Mwangi Gitau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Mwangi Gitau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joseph Chege Gitau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joseph Chege Gitau only.
