NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1586 in Volume DI, Folio 64/409, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Zielle Ndethi Ndoria, of P.O. Box 30197, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ndoria Ndethi Simeon, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ndoria Ndethi Simeon and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zielle Ndethi Ndoria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Zielle Ndethi Ndoria only.
