REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Sheikh Abdulkadir, of P.O. Box 74412, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/I/49, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyence registered as N13, Folio 216/3, File 5046, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional conveyance of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
