REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Erick Mwaura Nduta, of P.O. Box 14244, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of of all that piece of land containing 0.0450 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dundori/Mugwathi Block 2/1038 (Koelel), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after 7040 7040 the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
