REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresia Nduta Kiingati, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 3.4 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under the title No. Ngenda/Kimunyu/315, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced in the land registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
