REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Muriungi Mutubai (ID/11256542), is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.043 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under the title No. Kiirua/Naari/2551, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all 9th September, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
