THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tuarari ole Kango Sipitet, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 8.09 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Mailua/5778, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 78 of 2014, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Nkisilo Tuarai Kango, (2) Ntapayia Tuarari and (3) Yiati ene Tuarari to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the administrators, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Nkisilo Tuarai Kango, (2) Ntapayia Tuarari and (3) Yiati ene Tuarari, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
