APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of the
Persons With Disabilities Act, 2003, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces of the Republic of
Kenya, re-appoint—

to be the Chairman of the National Council for Persons With
Disabilities, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 3rd
May, 2022.
