IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 88 (4), 85 and 101 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 32 and 33 of the Elections Act, 2011 and Part III, VI and IX of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that the names and symbols of persons listed in the first and second columns of the Schedule intend to participate in the nominations for the by-election scheduled to be held on 8th December, 2022.
