APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 250 (2) of the
Constitution as read with section 11 (9) of the Kenya National
Commission on Human Rights Act, 2011, I, Uhuru Kenyatta,
President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces,
appoint—
Marion Wanjiku Mutugi (Prof.),
Raymond Plal Sangsang Nyeris (Dr.),
Sara Talaso Bonaya,
Dennis Nyongesa Wamalwa (Dr.),
to be members of the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights
for a period of six (6) years.
