APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Defence appoints— John Njoroge Muiruri (Brig.) (Rtd.), Peter Thuranira Ibeere (Brig.) (Rtd.), 836 836 as members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation (KOFC), for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st March, 2022.
