APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the National Transport and Safety Authority Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development appoints— Under paragraph (g)— PETER WERU to be a member of the Board of Directors of the National Transport and Safety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 4th February, 2022.
