APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (4) of the
Judicial Service Act, I. Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of
Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint—
Paul Otieno Nyamodi—(Lead Assisting Counsel) and
David Githada Wachira—(Assisring Counsel)
as counsel to assist the Tribunal appointed to investigate the conduct
of the Hon. Mr. Justice Philip Kiptoo Tunoi, Judge of the Supreme
Court of Kenya, -
and
• Reuben Kipkemoi Chirchir
Morris Kaburu
as joint Secretaries to the Tribunal.
