WHEREAS Wanjari Kamucobe (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of Iand known as Kiambaa/Kihara/l4s4, containing 0.56 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at kiambu, in succession cause No. 1 50 of 1 994, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Edwin Mwaura Mupgai and (2) Patrick Kinyua Mungai, and whereas the land title deed Isstled earlier to the said Wanjari Kamucobe (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and prqceed with registration of the said instrument c!f transfer RL. 1 9 and RL. 7, and issue land title deed to the said ( l ) Edwin' Mwaura Mungak and (2) Patrick Kinyua Mungai, and upon such rcgistratipn, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjari Kamucobe (deceascd). shall be deenied to bc cancelled and of no e t'fkct. làatttd tlle 25t11 A ugtlst, 2006. Box 31 , Nanyuki, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Michael Macharia Mauchu. and w'hereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the Iand title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrat have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Michael Macharia Mauchu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Wachira Ndiritu, shall be deemed to be cancclled and of no effect.
