WHEREAS l have on my own accord , decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of Uiguano Nyonjoro Farzners Co-operative Society Limited (CS/1 175), and ill accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act (No. 12 of 1997, Knlendnlents 2004). Now therefore, *1 authorize ( 1 ) Llyod K. Metha. Co-operative Auditor, Thika District and (2) Jared Mogaka, Co-operative Officer , Kisumu District, to hold an inquiry within thirty (30) days from the date thereof at such plate and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them, . The attention of aI1 officers and members of the society is directed to the following Sections of the Co-operative Societies Act. Section 60 (1)-Cost of inquiry.
