THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MOMBASA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LEONARD WANGUBA WANDA OF MAGONGO, MOMBASA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 328 OF 2006 LET ALL the partics concerncd take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased. who died at Pandya Hospital, on 15th March, 2006, has been filed in this registry by ( l ) Maobe Sellah Ndonji and (2) Robert Lubanga Okutoyi both of P.O. Box 2062, Membasa, in their respective capacities as wldow and brother-in-law of the deceased. And further take notice lhat objeclions in the prescribed form to the making of the proposcd grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thkrty (30) days of publication of this notice. And turthcr take notice that if no objection has been Iodged in this registfy in thc prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice. the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
