THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NAKURU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL KARANJA NGUGI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRASION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 421 OF 2006 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Sunrise Medidal Centre, on 22nd November, 2005, has been filed in this registry by ( 1) Faith Wanjiru Karanja and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Kamau, in their respective capacities as widow and mother of the deceased. . And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of tht proposed grant are ilwittd and must be lodged in this rcgistry within thirty (30) days of publication of this noticb.
