THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NAKURU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ROSELINDA LUGAGA MAKANGA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 464 OF 2006 LET AYL the parties concerned take notice that a petltlon for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru, on 27th June, 2006, hqs been filed in this registry by (1) Peter Makanga and (2) Oddah Auma Makanga, in their respective capacities as father and motber of the deceased. Anè further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed yrant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within-thkrty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may jroceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
