1 . The Tribunal shall sit on such days, and at suth times and

3. The hearings shall be held in private save that the subject of

The Tribunal may exclude any person or class of pershons from4

do for the following reasons'.
12. The subject of investigation shall have the light to cross-
examine any witnçsses in the investigation;
Provided that cross-examination shall be condticted bona fide, with
a consciousness for time and relevance, and as may be directed by
the Tribunal.
13. (1) The subject once duly served, may elect not..to attend in
person or by counsel or at all. in which event the Tribunal shall be
entitled to conslder the evidence available and make a report and
approprigte recommendations.
(2) The subject of investigation shall be entitled to call evidençe. to
rebut allegations rhade against him;
Provided that such ekidence >hall be called in good faith and, if
need be, the Tribunal shall give any snch directions as it shall
deem fit in respect of such evidence.
l4. The Tribunal and Counstl assisting the Tribunal shall be
entitled to cross-examine the subject, where he elects to give evidence,
and any of the witnesses called by the subject.

(l) of the National Assembly and Presidential Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulationj, 2002, the Electoral Commission appèints the persons

constituencies in the districts named in the third column of the schedule for the purposes of cayying out continuous voters' registration under section
