WHEREAS Njoroge Waithima (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Gatamaiyu/Kamburu/68, containing 2.52 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 952 of 1992, has issued: grant of letters of administration to the Public Trustee, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Waithima (deceased), has been reported missing or lost. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereot provided no valid objection has been received within that period, l intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer RL. 19 and RL. 7, andxupon such registration, thc land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Waithima (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
