WHEREAS Kwit-Fit Tyres and 'Auto Care Limited, a. limited i bility company incorporbted in Kenya, having 'its registered oftice at1 a Nairobi, P.O. Box 13772-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/69/2 Flat No. A6, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease . registered as I.R. 77202/1, and whereas sufticient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certiticate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
