THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MOMBASA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF OMAR MOHAMED BWANAKUSOMA ALIAX OMAR MOHAMED ABUBAKAR OF MOMBASA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSIONCAUSE NO. 1 12 OF 2006 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a rant of letters of admi' nistration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Vajengo, on 3rd March, 1989, has been tiled in this registry by (1) Abdalla Mohamed Abdalla and (2) Athman Mohamed Abdalla, both of P.O. Box 85664, Mombasa, in their capacities as grandsons of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed fonn to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
