THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MOMBASA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SAID ALI MOHAMED OF MOMBASA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2006 EET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grani of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Mwembe Tayari, on 10th May, 2006. has been filed in this registry by Amali Said Ali, of P.O, Box 83885, Mombasa in her capacity as daughter of the deceased. And further take notice that objections în the prescribed form t9 the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this noticc. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry kn the prescrkbed form wkthin thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
